Rev. Kirsten Peachey recently co-authored “Generative Leadership: Releasing Life in a Turbulent World,”which is the fruit of 18 months of intensive, lively collaboration by 23 people from seven countries on five continents.
Generative Leadership is a form of leadership that draws from the Leading Causes of Life framework that invests in what is alive and thriving in our communities instead of focusing on what is creating death and need. This kind of leadership is not so much about skills, techniques, or tools, but about noticing and trusting what life suggests is trying to happen among us, around us, and beyond us, and on how to release and harness that energy for transformational change. Peachey participated in this process as a Fellow in the Leading Causes of Life Initiative.  Download the free resource here.
