Faith and Health Companion Learning Cohort

March 11 @ 9:00 am 12:30 pm

Participate in a 3-part virtual education series designed to equip faith community leaders to walk alongside each other during times of challenge and stress. Participants complete three foundational trainings that build awareness about mental health, develop skills for accompanying each other during times of stress, and create insights to reduce stigma and shame.

This learning cohort equips you to:

  • Build relationships in response to isolation and suffering
  • Explore the intersection between trauma, faith, and healing
  • Gather valuable resources that nurture care for yourself and others

Dates for all Sessions. Participants must be able to complete all three sessions:

The Faith & Health Companion Cohort is open to all faith community leaders in our service areas–Illinois, Wisconsin, and Atrium Health Care areas. There are limited spots available (up to 20 participants). Because this program does require a commitment to complete all sessions, we ask that you fill out the intake form to express your interest in participating.

All applicants who provide their information will be contacted to fill out a pre-enrollment intake form and schedule a conversation that ensures the participant is aware of – and can meet – the necessary cohort requirements. If there are more applicants than spots, enrollment preference and available scholarship packages will be awarded to applicants who are located in one of Advocate Health’s priority zip codes for service and who can meet all the cohort requirements. Link here to see priority zip codes.
